Refund policy

 At Waghounds, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary.

Returns

If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Once a return has been requested and accepted by us, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

Returned items must be in their original condition,  unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
We cannot accept items that are returned with odours (e.g. smoke or perfume), covered in pet hair, or otherwise not in resellable condition.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

To request a return, please email info@waghounds.co.uk within the 14-day period, including your name, order number, and reason for return.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return

 

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, we’re happy to help! Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return and replacement shipping labels.

To help avoid the need for an exchange, please ensure you measure your dog accurately and refer to our size guide before placing your order. If you're still unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us, we're happy to advise!
